Service Agreement

TexGen Water Solutions provides water treatment consultation, equipment installation, maintenance, and repair services to residential customers in the Central Texas area. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Free Water Assessment

Our complimentary water assessment includes in-home water testing and a written analysis report. This service is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase any equipment or services.

Installation & Warranty

All equipment installed by TexGen Water Solutions comes with manufacturer warranties. Our installation workmanship is warranted for one year from the date of installation. Extended warranty and maintenance plans are available for purchase.

Pricing & Payment

All pricing is provided in writing before any work begins. We offer financing options through approved third-party providers. Payment terms and financing details will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

TexGen Water Solutions' liability is limited to the cost of the products and services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing plumbing conditions, water quality changes by the municipality, or damage resulting from misuse of installed equipment.
